Schedule: Monday to Thursday 7am – 4:30pm, Friday 7am – 4pm (Schedule adapted to our headquarters in Cumming, GA)
Salary: $10M - 11M COP

Job Summary:

The Operations Manager is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the company's Operations organization and driving long-term business growth through operational excellence, strategic planning, and continuous improvement. This role partners closely with the President to align operations with corporate objectives while ensuring efficient execution across Supply Chain, procurement, logistics, inventory, warehousing, and distribution.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record leading Operations within multinational companies and driving business improvements through data-driven decision-making. Rather than being a technical automation expert, this leader leverages Power BI, Artificial Intelligence, and digital tools to improve visibility, simplify workflows, reduce manual tasks, and optimize operational performance.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Lead the company's Operations strategy and overall performance.

• Partner with executive leadership to support business growth and strategic planning.

• Establish operational priorities aligned with corporate objectives.

Operations & Supply Chain Management

• Drive Supply Chain excellence across procurement, logistics, inventory, warehousing, and distribution.

• Build strategic relationships with suppliers and key business partners.

• Ensure operational efficiency, service quality, and business continuity.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Leverage Power BI, AI, and digital tools to improve processes and support data-driven decision-making.

• Identify opportunities to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve operational performance.

Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Operations team.

• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field. (Mandatory)

• A postgraduate degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Digital Transformation, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Minimum 7 years of Operations or Supply Chain leadership experience. (Mandatory)

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading Operations within multinational companies. (Mandatory)

• Proven experience in strategic planning and operational excellence. (Mandatory)

• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.

• Experience working with Power BI and operational dashboards.

• Experience collaborating with U.S.-based corporate teams and international suppliers.

• Hands-on experience using AI tools applied to marketing (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar) to increase productivity, automate processes, improve content creation, and strengthen team execution.

• Languages:

  • English and Spanish B2+/C1 (Ability to attend technical meetings and prepare reports in the US). Mandatory
