Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Analyst to support our finance operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting tasks, including treasury, accounts payable/receivable, inventory, payroll support, and import costing. This is a fully remote position that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

What will your day-to-day look like? :

• Accounts Receivable & Invoicing Management: Issue and record invoices for domestic and international clients, monitor balances and credit limits, and follow up on customer collections.

• Credit Notes & Trade Spend Adjustments: Review distributor invoicing and supporting documentation to process credit notes, provisions, and trade spend adjustments in compliance with accounting policies.

• Inventory Control & Operational Adjustments: Perform inventory reconciliations and accounting adjustments, manage commercial samples (TO samples), and process inventory transfers between warehouses.

• Import Costing & Allocations: Prepare and record accounting entries for import costing, expense allocations, and the registration of imported goods.

• Payroll & Social Security Support (Colombia): Support monthly payroll and social security processes, update information within the payroll platform, and manage electronic payroll receipts and documentation.

• General Accounting & Reporting: Maintain updated and accurate accounting records for Colombia's operations, prepare financial reports, and manage the archiving of legal and accounting supporting documents.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. (Required)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, treasury, accounts payable/receivable, payroll support, or finance operations (Required)
- Proven experience managing invoicing, inventory accounting, reconciliations, and payment processes (Required)
- Experience with import costing and inventory movements (Highly Preferred)
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (Required)
- Experience using ERP systems such as NetSuite or similar platforms (Preferred)
- Intermediate English level (B2 or higher) for written communication, reporting, and email correspondence (Required)
